Dynamic Vitality was founded by Diana Bland, an enthusiastic and knowledgeable nutritional therapist who is also a fully qualified personal trainer and life coach, giving you the opportunity to improve your diet, lifestyle and exercise as well as setting realistic goals and overcoming barriers all in one place!

Using specialist knowledge, we will explain why you may be experiencing these symptoms. We will work together to agree adaptations you can make to your diet and lifestyle, that fit in with you and your life, to re-balance your body which may alleviate your underlying symptoms and health issues. It may be appropriate for supplements to be recommended to support the dietary and lifestyle changes.
